OMO Bacterial Scanner
UI
July 2014
Event booth for OMO’s new line of antibacterial soap powder.
Participants were invited to step inside a futuristic medical scanner which created a faux experience of scanning and detecting bacteria on their clothes – building awareness of the need for antibacterial agents.
The scanner was built using two screens, one with a mirror image facing the participant, and another transparent one behind.
The experience was fairly short, firstly creating the impression that the scanner was being calibrated.
Then scanning them with an inverted mirror image.
Finally a slight delay with some processing.
And then the results.
An alternate style was also created.
In collaboration with T-Stone.
